-----ENGLISH TRANSLATION------
The minute i started making a bit of profit,
I felt like i was invincible.
Got over confident, made a big trade,
And lost all the money....
Oh my god...
O My Future Options.....
O My Future Options,
Always gave me tension,
You troubled me so much,
Oh my god...
Market made top when I bought
and low when i sold.
Didn't understand the move of the market.
Oh my god...
Took advice from very random sources
Didn't try to study or understand the behavior of the market.
Listened to the herd and invested in penny stocks,
And in the process lost so much money
Oh my god...
O my stock market,
O my stock market
i haven't lost hope,
Inspite of frequent rise and fall
Oh my god...
In the process to understand the reason of rise and fall.
And the Bull and the Bear Market
I became a donkey
Oh my god..
When i made a loss
i realised and then i decided
to say good bye to trading
Got out of penny stocks
Invested through Mutual Funds
Earned so much money
Oh my god!</span></div>

--------LYRICS----------
Hai market usi ka, munafa usi ka.
Leke bhool jaye share, achchhi company ka.
Management ho honest, ambition na kum ho.
Challenges se khelne ka, baajuon mein dum ho.
Warna wo baja dega, band company ka.
Leke bhool jaye share achchhi company ka.
Product ki quality, ho peers se better.
R&D lagi ho karne aur behatar.
Peers hi baja na de, band company ka.
Leke bhool jaye share achchhi company ka.
EPS hai jhooti, cash flow hai sachcha,
Loan jitna kum ho, utna hi achchha.
Vyaz hi baja na de, band company ka.
Leke bhool jaye share achchhi company ka.
Hai market usi ka....
-----ENGLISH TRANSLATION------
The market & the profit belongs to those
Who buy the shares of a good company & hold it for an extremely long time...
Honest Management, driven by ambition
That has the ability to face challenges is the key
Otherwise they will only 'BANG' the company
Buy the shares of a good company & hold it for an extremely long time....
Products quality should be better than it's peers
R&D should be busy trying to make it better
Otherwise the peers will only 'BANG' the company
Buy the shares of a good company & hold it for an extremely long time....
EPS could be fake, Cash flow is real
Lesser the loan the better it is.
Otherwise the interest will only 'BANG' the company
Buy the shares of a good company & hold it for an extremely long time....
The market & the profit belongs to those
Who buy the shares of a good company & hold it for an extremely long time...</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;"><span style="background-color: white;">From the days of open outcry trading under a banyan tree to high-speed trading in the iconic PJ Tower, the Indian stock market has surely come a long way. </span><br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" /><br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" /><span style="background-color: white;">From being nowhere in 1990 to the world-class infrastructure for securities trading that we have today and Sebi putting up a robust regulatory mechanism, it has been an impressive journey. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;"><span style="background-color: white;">What is not impressive is the fact that the advantage of all this modern infrastructure and systems has mainly gone to four intermediaries, the regulators and exchanges themselves besides, of course, the tax department and brokers. The traders at large were poor back then and have still remained poor. Only a handful of them have become successful in this journey, that also in investing, not trading. Success percentage in trading is hardly 1 per cent. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;"><span style="background-color: white;">Why? Because, it’s not in our DNA. We learn things three ways: by birth when it comes in our DNA; in our childhood through school curriculum or as a culture at home; and by observing the world, reading books and watching others in our youth. </span><br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" /><br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" /><span style="background-color: white;">But, as they say, you cannot run 100 metres in 8 seconds by coaching. That’s why the Kenyan always comes first in marathons. </span></span><br />
<div style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;"><span style="background-color: white;">Our ancestors lost their fortunes in stock market; that is why in many old industrial houses even investment is banned, forget trading. They look down upon the stock market. How do you expect them to teach their children? So we did not have it in our DNA nor were taught at home or school or colleges. </span><br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" /><br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" /><span style="background-color: white;">When I was watching the movie Udta Punjab, I was really moved to know how the youth of one of our bravest communities is being ruined. After some time in the movie , I realised this is </span><span style="background-color: white;">what exactly is happening even in our stock market in the name of trading.</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span></div>
<br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" />
<h2 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: large;"><span style="background-color: white;">Trading is the biggest addiction. No less than drug. You will sell your house to buy drugs and trade to recover your losses.</span></span></h2>
<br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" />
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">During a speech I delivered at IIM Ahmedabad, a student told me he wanted to use his father’s pension to trade in stock market. I held his hand and asked him to promise me he would not do that. My wife’s English teacher, now in her 60s, is asking me whether she should allow her </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">whether she should allow her son to use her savings in the stock market. I was shocked! </span><br />
<br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" />
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">It is something like giving a gun in the hand of an innocent person. </span><br />
<br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" />
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Sebi should not allow stock trading, unless one has done a course etc. Hard training is a must before one starts trading. Else, all the intermediaries and their employees will keep on becoming arabpatis and crorepatis and 99 per cent of traders will keep on struggling even for their livelihood. </span><br />
<br style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" />
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">For a starter, the </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">the best way to become a millionaire through trading is to trade with a billion. Trading is a different ball game. It cannot be learnt without experiencing losses. And to sustain till you have learnt it fully, it requires big discipline which again needs to be learnt systematically. It’s a process. It is impossible for a new person to learn it by reading books. </span><br />

<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Trading is injurious to your wealth. </span><br />

<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">You can lose 50 years’ of savings in one trade. Today, majority of broker ads, TV channels and technical analysts are encouraging and luring youth into trading. It is a recipe for disaster. Buy at Rs 65, stop loss Rs 60, target Rs 70. Even god can’t predict that. They are fooling people to generate their business and income in the name of the liquidity. </span><br />

<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">I remember an old movie where Raj Kapoor runs a scheme and assures to sell houses for Rs 100 each on a future date. When asked how can </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">he give a house at Rs 100, he says I can’t. I am not selling house I am selling dreams. In other words, I am making them fool. I think the name of the movie was also Shri 420. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;"><span style="background-color: white;">In the name of seed capital, people indulge in trading. Instead of that, they should use ordinary mobile phones, ordinary unbranded cloths, avoid eating at fancy restaurants and travel by public transport to build that seed capital over a few years. <span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">I am having a diesel car for my own use but I do
not mind if you increase the price of diesel to the extent that the companies
who produce diesel at least do not make a loss. But besides a rise in inflation
that would influence the decision to raise diesel prices, the decision should
not burden a class of society that depend on it, raising interference from your
allies. Alternatively, I can suggest that you increase the excise duty on
diesel cars to compensate for the one lakh crore subsidy presently being paid
by the government on diesel. Although lobby of diesel car manufacturing
companies would not leave any stone unturned to stop you.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"> My wife is very happy that the LPG cylinder
that she uses is in fact 70% cheaper than its actual cost. I don’t mind if you
tax her by raising LPG prices to the extent that LPG producing companies make a
reasonable profit. I am certainly in favor of making LPG available to below
middle class at a cheaper rate. You have to find out a solution for this. Just
like you have put a cap of 6 cylinders per year per family, similarly LPG can
be made available through ration shops at a cheaper rate.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"> For the last 5 years Gold across the globe
has been mis-marketed as a hedge against currency or country. I don’t know the
real statistics behind it. But I know it has become the major culprit in
economical growth of my country. As per Mr. C. Rangrajan current account
deficit has risen to 4.6 % in first half of current fiscal due to massive
imports of Gold. It is a non productive investment. Thus you must raise import
duty on Gold as huge budgetary deficit has become a major hindrance in growth.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"> I got to know that out of our total population
of 125 crore people there are only 3.25 crore tax payers. Out of this only 12
lakh people fall in the category of Rs.10 to 20 lakhs Income per year and just
3.5 lakh people in the bracket of the above Rs.20 lakhs Income per year
category. These numbers of tax payers are less than 27.33 lakhs population of
your very posh neighbourhood South Delhi alone. In 2000-2001, 2.5 crore people
paid taxes. This number exceed nominally to just 3.24 crore tax payers in
2010/2011. Also our per capita GDP grew to USD 2000 last year compared to
USD 450 in 2001. Therefore, widening your tax net would be a wise move. 45% of USA citizens pay taxes as opposed to only 3%
in India.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"> I am as fearful as you are citing the chances
of our ratings being downgraded to Junk status by International Rating Agency.
But I, probably like you, am masking a brave face but praying that it does
not happen. Therefore you need to kick start the investment cycle once
again and do its fiscal consolidation soon.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">External Debt has skyrocketed. Our foreign exchange
reserves cover 80 % of our debt presently as against 110% just three years ago.
You need to encourage exports by leaps and bounds.Faster implementation DTC AND GST would be a boon
to the country. It is understood that Implementation of GST alone will add 1 %
to GDP.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Since you do not provide any social security
to retired people thus you should raise deduction under 80cc to 3 lakhs against
1 lakh now.Capital gain tax in shares has been a bone of
contention between assessing officer and assesse. You should clarify short and
long term capital gain tax. It will stop undue litigation and
corruption.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Stock market touched an all
time high of 22,000 index in the year 2008. But, just after that in 2009, it
collapsed to 7,500 approximately. In no time it dramatically recovered after 9
months and crossed 15,000. After the low in the stock market that was observed
in 2009, today index is range bound and market is revolving between 15,000 and
18,000 since three years. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">It seems the turning point of
the Indian economy was in 1990. Somehow it is observed that the year 2012 has
also faced similar situations but at a more developed level as there was a
tremendous growth in the Indian economy from the year 1990 to 2012. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">It was observed that in the
past five months, index reached 20,000 and it is stabilizing at the same point.
It seems to be the kissing distance from its all time high in 2008. There is no
doubt that the economy has grown above 6 per cent year on year continuously
from 2009. It has made a range in the higher
level of the index. 22,000 and 7,500, both were extreme points even though
index has made an edge above 15,000 for more than three years.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">It is estimated that at this
point market will consolidate at an index point between 18,000 to 22,000 for
next 12-18 months. After that it is likely to break free violently and make a
substantial high of more than 22,000 approximately. I feel that by the year
2017, index will touch 50,000.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="line-height: 115%;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">From
a different point of view, violent equity bull run has started all over the
world from 2003 followed by crude, real estate, bullion and currency. Each of these saw a period of rise and then
finally busted. It is estimated that from here the investments will be diverted
back to equity considering currencies as the last bull market. Again a new
cycle will start in the bull market. I feel that it has already started which
should not last less than the tenure of five years of last bull market from the
year 2003 to 2008. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea">Tea</a>, as a
beverage, is enjoyed by more than half of the world's population. The tea
market is highly vibrant and full of challenges. The consumption of tea
worldwide is growing at 3% per annum, whereas the production of tea had been
static since the last decade.</span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-X0m4HCfSGJI/UaLxhPJG0zI/AAAAAAAAADY/bDNpLRUVHdA/s1600/darjeeling.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-X0m4HCfSGJI/UaLxhPJG0zI/AAAAAAAAADY/bDNpLRUVHdA/s1600/darjeeling.jpg" height="214" width="320" /></a></span></div>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><o:p></o:p></span><br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">From year
1997 to year 2010, tea prices were almost stagnant and the production of tea
was adversely affected as the tea garden owners suffered huge loss due to poor
tea prices in the market. There was a negligible increase in the price of tea
in comparison to inflation. New tea estates were hardly developed and all this
resulted in migration of farmers from tea cultivation to other crops. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The global
tea industry is largely dominated by India - the largest producer and consumer
of tea. India is followed by China, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Indonesia in the
production hierarchy of countries. Tea continues to be the common man's drink
throughout the country. <b>“After water,
tea is the second most consumed beverage in India, so with the increase in its
consumption, tea prices are likely to increase in the next five years which may
go up to 1000 Rs. Per kg”</b>, says Mr. Vijay Kedia- Director Kedia Securities.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Accounting
for over 30% of the global production, India is a world leader in all aspects
of tea production, consumption as well as export. It offers a variety of
products, from original Orthodox to CTC and now green tea, Darjeeling tea,
Assam tea and Nilgiri tea. No other country has so many popular varieties of
tea. <a href="http://www.hul.co.in/">Hindustan Unilever</a> is the current market leader in terms of sales value
with over 20 per cent market share; while Tata Tea is the leader in terms of
sales volume with nearly 20 per cent market share. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Mr. Kedia also stated, <b>“Price has shot up like anything in the new
season which has just started. Due to less carry forward from last year
there is shortage of tea especially quality Tea. Tea prices are likely to be
firm this year benefiting tea companies. Market price of Tea in this month is
harder around 20% compared to last year in March.”<o:p></o:p></b></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Thus with
the increase in demand of tea worldwide, it is highly expected that the tea
prices will soar up in the next five years as the production is still very
limited. But despite this price hike, it is anticipated that tea will still
have its own consumer segment and enjoy the standing in the market.</span><o:p></o:p></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; line-height: 115%;">After the low in the stock
market that was observed in 2009, today market is revolving in the base rate of
5400 being 10 per cent more or less in the past three years. After three years
of low in the market, now it has moved towards higher range being side
wards. It can be estimated that in the
second half of 2012 market may show an all time new high.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; line-height: 115%;"> <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; line-height: 18px;">Also, elections are ahead in 2014 so market might be a bit shaky as it has been seen in the past. But, I feel that every time it is not necessary that history will repeat itself, sometimes the completely reverse thing could happen to create a new history. So in my view if the government in 2014 will be stable and pro reform by any chance, then in the year 2014-15 Index will see a new high up to 35,000.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br />
</span><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-BxAOTk3Uevg/UZ79ot0kBqI/AAAAAAAAADI/4SMihGJOQF0/s1600/penny-stocks1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-BxAOTk3Uevg/UZ79ot0kBqI/AAAAAAAAADI/4SMihGJOQF0/s1600/penny-stocks1.jpg" height="241" width="320" /></span></a><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; line-height: 18px;">Also another reason why I feel that India will see new high in 2014-15 is that when the world economy was not in a good condition, then too India’s economy grew by 6% as compared to other countries. So if things fare well including the government and reforms then it will grow by 9% in 2014-15.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; line-height: 18px;">Due to the reforms by the government we cannot expect any change to happen overnight, its effects would be seen in at least a year’s time. But of course we can see a positive change in the sentiment and confidence of the people. We are moving from pessimism towards optimism. The market rise is 25% but written participation (people investing money) in the market is negligible. Though index has appreciated but there was hardly any investment made in the market. I feel that this was the time when people missed the opportunity as they were not prepared. Also in the past three years market has become range bound due to substantial rise. (5600 – 5800). This is indicating that there is a buying at every reaction and investors who did not participate in the rally are ready to invest when the market reacts. This might last till December 2012. January 2013 will see new buying in the market in anticipation of third quarter results and in expectation of further reforms. In India we do not need one time reform, but we need more of constant reforms as per the changes in the rapidly changing world economy. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">It
seems to be the beginning of a new bull market. <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy">Economy</a> turns around after six
months of turning around of stock market. Market reacts to any situation before
the economy. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">1990
was the worst year in Indian recent economy history. In 1990 we were 270
billion USD economy. But although our economy has grown four times since then,
the phase of 2012 is compared to that of 1990. Today the Indian economy is more
than 1 trillion USD. Savings rate in India is dropping <a href="http://www.investopedia.com/terms/y/year-over-year.asp">YOY</a> on higher <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gross_domestic_product">GDP</a> YOY. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Factors
like inflation, interest rate, IIP, GDP, politics, investment sentiments
are all against the economy, most of them being on the mercy of political will.
Many stocks are at historically cheaper valuation. But, one cannot go wrong in
consumer stocks. Since 1990 we have crossed three stages. India is at the third
stage of savings pattern. From a high saving rate with low income to high
savings rate to higher income to currently (falling) low savings rate to higher
income. Our savings rate has fallen from 36% in 2009 to below 30 % in 2011 that
too on rising income. It is a big change which will result in a <b>phenomenal boom in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumerism">consumerism</a>.</b></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8RzvR5JICjI/UZ2ns9o0e7I/AAAAAAAAACo/m8pVxOPkfpw/s1600/Vijay+Kedia+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8RzvR5JICjI/UZ2ns9o0e7I/AAAAAAAAACo/m8pVxOPkfpw/s1600/Vijay+Kedia+2.JPG" height="213" width="320" /></a></b></div>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">With
the downfall of the Indian economy, consumer stocks or consumerism is the
sector which will not be affected and it is advisable to invest in such stocks.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">If
one wants to invest in the stock market then he should be prepared for the
worst to happen. If we look at the current scenario of the Indian economy then
one should invest with the assumption that Greece, Spain and few more countries
could collapse, the value of Rupee against dollar could depreciate even more, GDP
rate might grow at 5 to 6%, fiscal deficit can be assumed to be 6%, crude could
cost 100 Rs. and the Government could fall. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><b>Any and every investment in
stocks always has a content of speculation.</b> One key factor that should be understood by investors is
that <b>one should invest a part of one’s
savings not a part of one’s earnings in stock market. <o:p></o:p></b></span><br />

<b><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></span></span></b></div>

will change the sentiment among people. Inflation rate in the country will also
decrease and big change could be observed at macro levels. <o:p></o:p></span></span></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></span></span></b></div>

<b><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">I
am bullish on 3 wheeler industry, and I foresee a very good future of this
industry in the automobile sector. 3
Wheeler industry is the only one which has registered a growth of 5% in the
last financial year. With the revival of the economy, the sales of 3 wheeler
industry will be boosted. Small
commercial and passenger 4 wheeler which was once thought to be replacing 3

replacing 3w” was just a gimmick and people are now realizing that. <o:p></o:p></span></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">

<b><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Three
Wheelers (3W’s) in India is widely used as an affordable means of short
distance travelling and for transportation of goods. 3W is the backbone of
passenger transportation and goods carrier for 1000’s of villages and towns and
small cities of India. Even in the cities one cannot imagine life without a
three wheeler. The 3W’s are also a boon amongst the city’s narrow roads, no
footpaths and heavy traffic.<o:p></o:p></span></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></b></div>

<b><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">No

consumer and exporter of three-wheelers (Source <a href="http://www.siamindia.com/">SIAM</a>). 3W’s are the most
economical mode of transportation available in the commercial vehicle category.
It is the cheapest mode of passenger transportation in the world. Not only
this, but it also provides with significant employment opportunities to
individual with lower investment whereas returns of Investment are far better
and faster. One 3W generates approximately 3.9 units of an employment in rural/
semi rural and small towns in India. <o:p></o:p></span></span></b></div>

the need of the economical transport like 3W’s has increased. Government should
exempt three wheeler industry from excise duty in order to encourage its usage
thus saving on costly imported fuel burnt by the small Four Wheelers (4W’s).
